Return & refund policy

Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange. We want you to try it, wear it under your shirts, and make sure it works for you. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed and returned in its original packaging. You are welcome to try the product on and wear it to evaluate the fit and compression — that's what it's made for.

To start a return, contact us at contact@koreform.com with your order number. We'll provide you with all the instructions you need. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping is at the customer's expense. The cost varies depending on your location (approximately €5–€10).

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@koreform.com.

Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. Contact us at contact@koreform.com and we'll arrange a free exchange. We'll ship your new size as soon as we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@koreform.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The item must be unwashed and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been washed, altered, or returned without original packaging are not eligible for a refund.
