Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. You have 90 days from the day your order arrives to request a replacement or refund. Wear The Susan, put it to the test through your everyday — if it's not right for you, we'll make it right.

How to Start a Replacement or Refund

Contact us at contact@koreform.com with your order number, and we'll take care of everything from there. Requests made without contacting us first cannot be processed.

You won't need to ship anything back. Once your request is approved, you keep your original item, and we'll either send you a free replacement (a different size or color) or process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days — whichever you prefer. Please allow additional time for your bank to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at contact@koreform.com.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at contact@koreform.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

Refund Policy Limits

We reserve the right to decline a refund in cases of evident abuse of this policy (for example, repeated claims or damage caused by misuse).
