How do I return my order?

1. Cancellation requests before packaging

A separate email will be sent to you after the orders are packed. If the orders are not yet packed, you can contact Koreform support team (info@koreform.com) and request a direct cancellation. After the cancellation is processed, an automatic refund will be made to the shopping card within 1-10 days. Note: It may take several hours (during working hours) for the support team to take action on the cancellation request. During this time, there is a possibility that the warehouse team is packing the order. In this case, your order cannot be canceled directly.

2. Cancellation requests after packing

Orders cannot be canceled directly after they are packaged as they are on their way to the cargo center, instead they are canceled by returning the cargo when it reaches you. To cancel, please follow one of the steps below;

When the cargo arrives at the door (unopened package), you can indicate to the courier staff that you want to return it. After the return is delivered to our warehouse and examined by our warehouse team, cancellation and refund procedures are initiated. After the cancellation is processed, an automatic refund is made to the shopping card within 1-10 days.

4. Cancellation requests after delivery

Important: If 14 days have passed since your shipment was delivered to you, your return request will not be accepted. If 14 days have not yet passed, you can make a return according to the conditions and steps below:

4.1. If the cargo package has not been opened

You can deliver your return within 14 days by going to the cargo branch and using the following information:

    Get a document or paper from the cargo office that you have delivered your parcel. Otherwise you will have no proof if your cargo is lost.

    4.2. If the shipping package or order box has been opened

    Step 1. Fill in the Start Return form above. Wait for your form to be approved.

    Step 2. Print out the official e-invoice that was emailed to you by Koreform. If you cannot access the email invoice, first check the spam box, if it is still not available, you can request it from the Koreform support team (You can write to the order email or info@koreform.com for the request)

    Step 3. Fill in the return section at the bottom of the invoice as in the example link:

    To return the whole shipment, write I want to return it all.

    To make a partial return, write only the quantity, product name and volumes.

    If you do not have the possibility to print it out, write the following on a blank piece of paper: Order number Product quantity, name and volume Name, surname, address and signature

    Step 4. Pack the order so that it is not damaged.

    Step 5. Go to the shipping branch and deliver your return within 14 days using the following information:

    RETURN TERMS

    You can request within 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the product. After 14 days, product return requests are not accepted. The discount code on returned orders will be canceled. You must send the product back in the original product package. (Except for damaged, broken or defective products) Product returns that are opened for various reasons or have signs of opening are not accepted.

    If the warehouse team receiving the product sees any signs of use, opening of the protective tape, label or wear and tear on the package, it does not accept the return and sends the product back to the customer against payment. In this case, the customer pays the return shipping fee upon receipt.

    MONEY REFUND: After the return is received, the incoming products are first examined and if they meet the return conditions, the return procedures for the order or products are initiated. After Koreform starts the refund process to your card, the fee is returned to your card within 7-30 days depending on the processing speed of your bank. If you have shopped with a disposable virtual card or canceled your card after shopping, you may experience problems in the refund process.

    Will my discount code or points be restored if I cancel the order?

    Unfortunately no. The discount code is for single use only. Once the order is canceled, it cannot be reused or the points will not be restored.

    Return Policy for Set Products

    In case of a partial return in set campaigns that provide 100% discount such as buy 3 get 2 pay 2, the campaign conditions are eliminated and the promotional products are calculated at the normal selling price and the return amount is determined accordingly. For example. Let the 1st product be 400TL, the 2nd product be 600TL and the 3rd product be 300TL promotional and free. In this shopping, our customer pays a total of 1000TL. Ex. If he/she wants to return the 1st product worth 400TL, the campaign conditions are eliminated; the shopping amount is recalculated as 600+300=900TL, only 100TL is refunded.

    In case of a return in partial discount campaigns such as buy 2, 50% on the 2nd, the campaign conditions are eliminated and the promotional products are calculated at the normal selling price and the return amount is determined accordingly. For example. Let the 1st product be 400TL, the 2nd product 200TL and 50% discount. In this shopping, our customer pays a total of 400+100=500TL. If he/she wants to return the 1st product worth 400TL, the campaign conditions are eliminated; 50% (100TL) discount amount in the first shopping is not refunded. The total amount of money to be refunded is calculated as 300TL.
