ARTICLE 9 – (1) The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without any justification and without penalty.

In which cases is the right of withdrawal not accepted?

ARTICLE 15 – (1) Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot use the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:

Since every cosmetic product has the possibility of causing allergies, consumers should take this into consideration. It is strongly recommended that consumers, especially those with very sensitive skin, order the test size, if available, and try it before purchasing a new product.

Who pays the return shipping costs for products that do not qualify for the right of withdrawal?

If the product you send back to us does not meet the conditions of the right of withdrawal (e.g. if the packaging or protective tape has been opened), the shipping costs must be borne entirely by you. For this purpose, you can send a courier with Sendeo Cargo and have your opened product returned.

Allergy or arbitrary withdrawal refund

In consumer rights, cosmetic products do not have the right to return if they cause allergies or if they are not liked after using the products, or if they are believed to be useless. Therefore, as Koreform, we do not accept returns in such cases. If your skin is sensitive and/or problematic, please order a tester or mini size product first. Our company offers the widest range of tester and mini size products. So you can test the products by spending less. Alternatively, you can order products by consulting your skin care doctor.

Return of damaged goods

In the event that the products are checked during the delivery of the cargo and damage is detected, a damage report must be kept in the presence of the cargo personnel. After receiving the product from the cargo, the applications made that the product is damaged are processed in good faith. However, our customers should understand that there are very frequent abuses in these cases. For this reason, please check and receive your cargo packages. **Damaged products without a receipt are not returned.

Missing product compensation

Our company records all packaging and shipment processes with digital imaging systems. When it is claimed that the order content is missing, the image records of the packaging department of our company are examined, and when the missing product is detected, it is immediately forwarded to the customer. However, the missing product notification must be made within 15 days at the latest after receipt. If no objection is made, it is accepted that the products are received in full.

Defective product warranty

Within the first 30 days after the delivery of the product, if there is a deterioration in the technical components of the product or an unexpected deterioration in the texture of the product, our company will initiate an inspection in good faith and, if necessary, exchange the product. In this case, no refund will be made. The 30-day warranty period starts as soon as you receive the product. Our company accepts the date you receive the product as the date you start using it.

How does the return process start?

Please contact our support team for the return process (info@koreform.com). Upon receipt of the returned product, the return process is initiated by checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions. If you have requested a refund, the product price will be deposited into your bank account by us within 5 (five) days from the moment the returned product reaches the warehouse, after checking the compliance of the product with the return conditions. Depending on your bank, the product price will be reflected on your credit card as “plus balance” within 10 business days. This process depends entirely on your bank and Koreform has no right to interfere with your bank.
